The Feed mill was built late 2004 to cater for the most important supply side item on the farm – feeds. Feeds account for about 65-70% of current expenditure in a poultry/fish venture. So, we have improved from 2 to 4 tons per hour feed capacity to take care of the farm feeds, whose current daily demand is about 10 tons per day at full capacity.

We also have back up hammer mill to forestall break down and repairs. Thus, we can conveniently produce and store two (2) days of feed at a time. The current capacity of the Feed mill would still be adequate even if the farm expands to a full capacity of 100,000 layers.
